Stay safe whilst using our DIY tools

Whilst you're using our tools and equipment make sure you wear the relevant PPE.

Most tools and "instructions for use" have safety symbols or statements that identify which items of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) should be worn when operating our equipment.

You can hire specialist; fall arrest harnesses and lanyards, face shields and chainsaw protection clothing. You can also purchase safety goggles, masks, ear protection, gloves and safety shoes from our trade counter.

Please also consider those who will be around you, either helping or observing! Do they need PPE?
